1、 Product introduction

The steel plastic composite belt produced by our company is a new type of self-adhesive composite belt. Its outer composite film is made of EMAA material with excellent heat sealing performance. Therefore, compared with ordinary polyethylene (PE) composite belt, it has lower initial bonding temperature and higher heat sealing bonding performance, which can greatly reduce the working temperature and air flow of the hot-air gun in the drinking and forming process of communication cable and optical cable composite belt (the lowest temperature of the hot-air gun is only 80-90), and even does not need to use the hot-air gun, As long as the temperature of the extruder head itself is required, the good bonding of the longitudinal package overlap of the composite belt can be realized, so that the longitudinal package process of cable production is more simplified and convenient, and the product quality is greatly improved. The products have been tested by the cable test center of the Ministry of mechanical and electrical engineering and Shanghai Cable Factory, and their indicators have reached the requirements of YD / t723-94 standard. At the same time, they have also met the requirements of rea standard of American Rural Electrification Administration, which is internationally advanced.
