1、 Product introduction

The aluminum-plastic composite belt produced by our company is a new type of self-adhesive composite belt. Its outer composite film adopts EAAA material with excellent heat sealing performance, so it has lower initial bonding temperature and higher heat sealing bonding performance compared with ordinary polyethylene (PE) composite tape, The use of this composite belt can greatly reduce the working temperature and air flow of the hot air gun in the longitudinal package forming process of communication cable and optical cable composite belt (the minimum temperature of the hot air gun is only 80-90 ℃), and even realize the good bonding at the longitudinal package overlap of the composite belt without the hot air gun and the temperature of the extruder head, so as to simplify and facilitate the longitudinal package process of cable production, and greatly improve the product quality.


The aluminum-plastic composite tape produced by our company has been tested by the cable test center of the Ministry of mechanical and electrical engineering and Shanghai cable factory. Its indicators have met the requirements of YD / t723-94 standard, and also met the rea standard requirements of the international advanced American Rural Electrification Administration. Therefore, the product has an international advanced level.


2、 Technical requirements:

The surface of the composite belt is smooth and flat, without wrinkles and oxidation spots, and the winding is neat. The film is in blue or natural color, and the physical properties are shown in Table 2.
